Mini Apple Pies

There’s something that makes miniature food so appealing, right? Whether it’s that miniatures are cute or just easy to eat, they make for the perfect party food. One of my favorite party snacks are mini pies!

You can use any pie recipe for mini pies, but the filling for apple pie by Monsieur Cuisine is one of my favorites. I also trust the peach pie recipe from Betty Crocker.

For mini pies, you’ll need a cookie cutter and a muffin tin
Mix your filling ingredients in a bowl
Roll out your crust (pre-packaged is fine too!) and use a round cookie cutter to create a base for your pie
Put crust into the base of muffin tin, then put filling on top
Cut remaining crust into strips and weave over filling
Put in the oven for 15 minutes
Remove from muffin tin, serve, and eat!
